Mexican Cartels Invade Northern California

The Mexican cartels continue to exploit the open border and sanctuary movement under Barack Obama and the Democrat Party, and now the narco thugs have extended their grow plantations well into Northern California where ranchers abandoned by the government must patrol their properties with armed posses as reported by KMAX-TV:  “this proliferation is happening as funding for California’s Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement was completely cut from the state budget nearly two years ago.”
