Heroin use in the Midwest has risen 79 percent in the last five years, and the degenerate junkies are supplied by the Sinaloa cartel who use Chicagoland as a distribution center as reported by Andrew Martin for Bloomberg: “Sinaloa and its dealers have offered a ubiquitous alternative in packs of heroin that sell for as little as $10, not much more than a six-pack of beer.”
